Terms of Service

Last updated: 18 July 2026
⚠️ This is a starting template, not finalized legal advice. Have it reviewed by a qualified lawyer for your jurisdiction before relying on it.

1. The service

Content Engine ("the Service") is a tool that helps you generate social media content and publish it to third-party networks (such as Instagram and X) using API keys and access tokens that you provide. You bring your own keys; the Service does not resell access to any AI or social platform.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address and may be asked to verify it. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Your keys and third-party terms

You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of every third-party service whose keys you connect, including the Meta Platform Terms (Instagram) and the X Developer Agreement. You confirm you are authorized to use the keys and accounts you connect, and that content you publish through them is yours to post.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content, to impersonate others, or to violate any third-party platform's rules. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Content ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create. You are responsible for the content you generate and publish and for any rights or licenses it requires.

6. Availability and disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Generation and publishing depend on third-party APIs that may change, fail, or impose costs outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from third-party platforms, API costs you incur, or content you publish.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the Service, and may suspend or terminate access for violations. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
